Bible at Crosswalk- A great site for Bible study, you can search a multitude of translations, study the hebrew and greek of the original texts, and they have lots of tools like lexicons and commentaries.
Follow the Rabbi- A great site for connecting with the Jewish roots of Christianity
Hebrew 4 Christians- For those interested in learning hebrew, I always recommend this messianic site.
Babylonian Talmud site 1- I reference the Talmud a lot when I teach about old testament stuff. The Talmud includes the oral traditions of Judaism passed down from Moses with commentaries from rabbis between the 1st and 5th centuries AD. That makes this text the best source for gaining further insight into the Old Testament, Judaism, and the culture of the ancient Israelites.
Babylonian Talmud site 2- A different sight. Each has strengths and weaknesses, and neither has the complete Talmud, or the Jerusalem Talmud (which I personally prefer), but after having so many people become interested in it, I thought I'd give you links.
Temple Institute- One of the groups in Jerusalem that's serious about restoring the Temple and the Levitical order. Because of their diligence, I've found this site to be the most reliable source online for those wanting a greater understanding of the ancient priesthood. While several images they use (being artistic renditions) are a little off on their accuracy at times (for example, little things like what the High Priest's turban actually looked like might differ from the picture of the high priest on the site), their text is good, though, and they have really good walk-throughs of Temple life. If you read hebrew, their hebrew site has a LOT more material than the english site.
